Charity Row in Aid of the RNLI

The WEST CLARE CURRACH CLUB will host a charity row from Crovaughan slip to Clarecastle quay on Saturday 29th April. Row is scheduled for all boats to be on the water and ready to start at 17:00. The row is approx. 16km and is anticipated to take approx. three hours with arrival at Clarecastle quay at approx. 20:00. High tide at Clarecastle is at 21:00.

Crovaughan Slip is located between Ballynacally and Kildysart. We would love to see an many boats on the water as possible to take part in this fun event. OPEN DAY at Kildysart Currach Rowing

Kildysart Currachs are hosting an ‘Open Day’ this Saturday 22nd April
It is taking place at Gortglas lake from 12pm-3pm.
Everyone is welcome to come along and give it a go! Open to all fitness levels, costs 2euros each for the afternoon, life jackets are provided and club membership starts at age 11+

West Clare Currach Club – Gathering of the Oars 2016

The gathering will take place this Saturday 15th October 2016 at Gortglass Lake in Kildysart. Registration will be at 15:30. Racing will start at 16:00.
Presentation of Clare League Prizes will take place in Mitchell’sBar in Kildysart afterwards.
Finger food will be provided.

All are welcome to attend and all names for all races will be drawn from the hat.
